Coach Many has been involved in high school strength for the last 20 years as a student coach, non-faculty coach, and certified coach. He was president of LA High School Powerlifting Association from 2016 to 2019, and is a 5 Time LHSAA Powerlifting State Champion Head Coach. He is also a 5 time LHSAA State Championship Powerlfting Meet Director.

About this Speaker

Coach Many is a 1995 graduate of West Monroe High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2001 from the University of Louisiana Monroe and his master’s degree in 2012 from Louisiana Tech University. He started his coaching career as a student coach at West Monroe High School from 1996 to 2000. He then became a Realtor and worked for Coldwell Banker Real Estate from 2000 - 2009 while still coaching as a non-faculty coach. In 2009 he was hired as the head coach and athletic director at West Ridge Middle School, as well as the head coach of boys powerlifting at West Monroe High School. In 2013 he accepted a job at Sterlington High School as the head strength coach and the head boys and girls powerlifting coach. In 2016 Coach Jerry Arledge from West Monroe High School hired him to be the varsity defensive line coach, assistant strength coach and powerlifting coach. Today Coach Many is the newly appointed head strength coach and remains the head boy’s powerlfitng coach at West Monroe High School.
