Tier1Athlete Stride Length, Stride Frequency, MaxV Calculator

We have put together a great free resource for sprints/hurdle coaches to be able to utilize in helping them find their athletes' stride length, stride frequency & max velocity when they do any kind of 20-30 meter fly. Simply put in the number of strides the athlete take within the fly zone & the time they ran the fly in. Once you enter in these two basic data points the calculator will do the work and give you the parameters.

Please note, you need to register as an attendee before you can access this freebie.
